Village group oven clean once/twice a year

Ground-source heat pumps can apparently be vastly more efficient and also generate electricity. +1 if you think the idea is worth exploring.

It's easy for non-residents to creep in to groups, or for people who've left to want to stay members, but over time this leads to the group having many non-residents.

Would be good to see if we can pool requirements and negotiate a deal!? Please comment saying how many times per year yours is currently emptied, and which your next month is.
